Thank you for choosing Salon One Twenty-Four. To provide you with the best service possible, we ask that you review our policies below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for everyone’s time and privacy.

Booking Policy

1. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total at checkout.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Failing to provide 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount.

3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

4. Rescheduling Policy: You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once, using the same deposit, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

5. Late Policy:

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a late fee.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your appointment, and a last-minute cancellation fee will apply.

6. Strike Policy:

• If you cancel without 24 hours’ notice, a strike will be added to your account.

• Clients who accumulate three strikes within a one-year period will be unable to book appointments with the salon for six months.

Refund Policy

Our goal is for every client to love their results. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please refer to our policy below:

1. No Refunds on Services: Once a service has been completed, it cannot be refunded. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

2. Service Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will gladly make adjustments within three days of your appointment. Simply return to the salon so your hair can be visibly inspected, and we will address any issues.

3. Corrections at No Additional Charge: If a correction is needed, we will reschedule you with the original stylist who performed the service. Adjustments will be made at no additional cost to you.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to manage your appointments and provide high-quality service.

1. Information Collection: Information from our booking page or website is collected solely for appointment management. This may include your contact details, appointment history, and payment history.

2. Use of Information: Your information is used only to contact you if further details are required for your appointment.

3. Access to Information: Only authorized employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact, and payment history to ensure your data’s security and privacy.

4. Data Security: Your information is kept strictly confidential. It is never sold or shared and is used only as necessary for your protection and quality service.

Right to Refuse Service

Salon One Twenty-Four reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Disruptive or Inappropriate Behavior: Clients exhibiting disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients.

• Repeated Policy Violations: Clients with a history of late cancellations, no-shows, or other frequent policy violations.

• Health or Safety Concerns: Clients presenting health or hygiene concerns that may impact the safety or comfort of other clients or staff.

Natural Disaster impacts booking- if a natural disaster , such as high winds, tornado, flooding, hurricane, earthquake, wildfires, etc. impacts our community or your community we will reschedule your appointment.

Shipping Policy

At Black Onyx LLC, in partnership with Salon One Twenty-Four, we strive to ensure that your orders are shipped to you quickly, securely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below for more information.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through USPS to provide you with reliable and efficient delivery. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen USPS shipping method (First-Class, Priority, or Express). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• USPS First-Class: 2-5 business days

• USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

• USPS Express: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, USPS assumes responsibility for your package. In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact USPS with your tracking number for further assistance. If you experience issues, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to expanding to international locations in the future.

International Shipping:

As of now Black Onyx Inc. Salon One Twenty Four LLC. unfortunately will not ship internationally due to certain regulations. As we build and expand we will start internationally shipping, and will announce it on our media outlets.

Missing Packages:

Black Onyx Inc Salon One Twenty Four. LLC. is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but are “not received.” It is the customer’s responsibility to track orders. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Black Onyx Inc. is not able to track down your package. Please contact the carrier first or call 1-800- 275-8777 for USPS support with any shipping delays or problems. Check with your neighbors, package rooms, porches, and back doors.

BLACK ONYX INC. Salon One Twenty Four LLC. is not responsible for stolen packages. Our suggestion is to file a police report and submit a claim through route shipping if you selected that option during check out. You can also submit a claim via you home or rental insurance. Black Onyx Inc. Salon One Twenty Four does not open investigations on your lost and/or stolen packages.

Any package lost by USPS or UPS can only be replaced after 21 days of non-movement in your tracking history. Black Onyx Inc. does not refund lost packages.

Why Use Route Shipping Insurance:

At the end of each checkout you will be able to add route shipping insurance to your order. If you decline using Route Shipping, your package will not be protected against theft, loss, or damages.

Incorrect/ Insufficient Addresses:

Please double check your shipping address when ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is used when online ordering from us. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order that will include the shipping address you entered. If that address needs to be changed, please email contactus@salononetwentyfour.com (mailto:contactus@salononetwentyfour.com) immediately with “Address Change” in subject line. Once order is placed there is no canceling custom made products. All products can not be canceled when shipping process has started.

If packages are returned due to insufficient or incorrect address Black Onyx Inc. Salon One Twenty Four will ship back out to customer if requested. Email contactus@salononetwentyfour.com (mailto:contactus@salononetwentyfour.com) to request reshipment. We charge the full cost of shipping to re-send a returned package in this situation. A new tracking number will be issued out.

Discounts– Discounts and coupons are limited to one per order (i.e. you cannot use a sale coupon code in combination with your points coupon code in the same order).

Sales Tax is required to collect sales tax in accordance with each states’ respective sales tax laws. The appropriate charges will be added to your order total during checkout and displayed on your final order confirmation. If you have questions about your state’s sales tax, please contact your State Tax Agency.
