- 1. No Refunds on Services: Once a service has been completed, it cannot be refunded. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
- 2. Service Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will gladly make adjustments within three days of your appointment. Simply return to the salon so your hair can be visibly inspected, and we will address any issues.
- 3. Corrections at No Additional Charge: If a correction is needed you must make it aware to our staff before you leave the chair of your operator. If there is no time allowed to make corrections we will reschedule you with the original stylist who performed the service. Adjustments will be made at no additional cost to you
